FAQ's

1. I can't find the product I would like?
No problem, just get in touch with us. We are happy to help you find what you are looking for or can source products from around the world to meet your requirements.

2. Is there a minimum order quantity?
All of our promotional products have a minimum order quantity, which you can find on each product page under the 'price breaks section'. If one isn't shown please let us know, we are happy to help.

3. What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary depending on the quantity of items order and how they are packaged. Typically larger items are more costly to ship however when we provide a quote an accurate delivery charge is specified.

4. Can I get a sample of the product before I buy?
If you would like to see a plain sample of a product you are interested in just let us know. We are happy to send you a sample free of charge however in some cases a small fee may apply. Samples should be returned to us within 30 days in good condition or will become chargeable by invoice.

5. Do your prices include VAT?
All of the prices quoted on our website do not include VAT.

6. Are there any artwork, screen or origination charges?
The prices shown on our website do not include artwork or origination charges unless stated.

7. What is a screen or origination charge?
A screen or origination charge is fee that is typically charged to set-up your design or create the tool required to print your chosen product. As each product has a different print area or surface type an origination charge is typically applied to each different item ordered.

8. Can you help design my product or logo?
Sure, if you have an idea for a design we are happy to help wherever possible. For simple designs we are happy to offer this service free of charge. For more complex jobs or if you want to see a number of options we charge very competitively on an hourly basis.

9. How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on the type of product you have chosen and the quantity ordered. Approximate lead times are supplied with your quotation. If you have a deadline to meet please let us know and we will help wherever possible.

10. Will I get to see what my products look like before they are printed?
Once you have placed your order we will supply a proof of your design shown on the product so that you can check colours, spelling, position and that you are happy with the placement. From here we can make tweaks to the design to ensure you are happy before we print anything.

11. How do I supply my logo/design?
Before placing your order we will ask you for your logo/design by email so that we can review it and/or prepare it for print.

12. What format do I need to send my logo/design in?
To ensure the best print result we generally ask that you send artwork as a vector file set to outlines [.eps, .ai or .pdf]. If you don't your file in this format please send us what you do have and we will help you. For further information please see our Artwork Guidelines page.

13. Can you pantone match my brand colours?
We can pantone match your brand colours as closely as possible and if not provided within your artwork we will normally ask for a pantone reference. Pantone matching is only possible on spot colours with no gradient or transparency. If your logo is very complex or the file supplied is raster based [e.g. jpeg or tif] this may not be possible. 14. When do I need to make payment?
Payment is required with your order after which we will send you a proof of your design before printing anything.

15. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards online or over the phone or you can pay by bank transfer or cheque. Please contact us for further information.

16. Do you supply products outside of the UK?
We can send orders overseas but please let us know before placing your order so that we can accurately estimate the shipping costs. Please note tax and or importation costs may apply to some overseas orders.

17. Will you price match if I have found the same product cheaper elsewhere?
We promise to try and at least match any price you have been quoted on a like for like basis, assuming we can supply the same product. To do so the full quotation must be provided to us, be accurate to your requirements and be valid. Prices do fluctuate on many products over time with special offers and the like so we may need to factor this in to our price match promise.
